Freddie and his wife, Carol, have lived in the Village of Leesburg since 1969. They have two children and seven grandchildren. Freddie has worked for the Fire Department since 1969 and the Village of Leesburg since 2006.

The Leesburg Village Council meets the third Thursday each month at 6:45pm at the Village Administrative Building. The public is invited to attend.
