JOB OPENING:  POLICE OFFICER

The Village of Leesburg is now accepting applications for a part-time police officer.  Applicants must be US citizens, at least 21 years old, high school graduate (or have GED), have a valid Ohio drivers' license and possess the Ohio Peace Officer's Training Academy (OPOTA) Basic Law Enforcement Certification.  Applications can be downloaded (see link to left).  Completed applications can be emailed to snolley@leesburgohio.org or mailed to:  Chief Shane Nolley, P.O. Box 305 Leesburg, Ohio 45135.  You may also drop off applications at the Police Department.  The starting salary is $15.01 per hour and $15.56 after 6 months.
